The focus of our developing this management system is the visualization of problem points according to priority and status. Decision-makers as well as development and production staff can quickly glimpse at the current status of work in progress and obtain a clear-cut view of complex operating processes. Together with an accountable staff member, all problems arising are analyzed and a problem point chart is compiled. With the help of a computer-aided tracking system, the responsible staff member must also follow it through to conclusion. In this way problem accountability is not simply passed around, but is managed on the spot.

Actually we had originally developed. Visual Management for project planning and quality assurance for our customer projects as the visualization of an organization and its operating processes provides greatest opportunities to increase the productivity of an enterprise. However the success was so overwhelming that enthusiastic clients asked us to adapt our Visual Management System to manage their own projects.
